In line with paragraph 14 of the Statutes of the Dutch Chamber of Commerce in Sweden we hereby announce the Annual General Meeting on Thursday the 14th of June 2012. We hope all members will come to this meeting to discuss the events of the past year, discharge the Board and install new Board Members for the coming year.

The focus of the operation of Pon Equipment is the sale and service of Caterpillar based building and construction products. This means wheel loaders, dump trucks and excavators. We also sell Komptech waste and biomass solutions. In our portfolio there are over 100 types of machinery. We sell to local and large construction, road and infrastructure companies.
