The first event of 2022 in region West took place during one of the darkest months in Sweden. The speaker, Viktoria Stalfors -personal trainer, nutritionist and mental coach- informed the participants about the advantages of having meetings whilst walking. With her enthusiasm and fun exercises during the walk everybody was glowing of energy. The dark winter evening turned into a bright walk where pairs were formed and after every 10 minutes conversation partners were exchanged. A very effective way of networking.
