As mentioned in the AGM 2020, Rex Schothorst will after 5 years of improving systems and digitalizing the treasury function, step down as treasurer. The Nomination Committee is now looking for a new treasurer to be elected in AGM, spring 2021.
The treasurer is responsible for planning and control of our finances, supporting the Dutch Chamber in both short term activities and long term goals. The treasurer is a member of the Executive Board and executes the accounting, payments, reporting and keeps an eye on compliance.
We have initiated the recruitment process and are now asking interested candidates to contact us as soon as possible. In order to facilitate a smooth transition, our aim is that the new candidate can spend time with Rex before being formally elected.
