Daphne de Mink-Duppen works as an international business consultant and with her company Sea your value Consultancy, she recently joined the Dutch Chamber as SME-member. We asked her to introduce herself to our other members:
How did you end up in Sweden and how long have you lived and worked here?
I have come to Sweden in April last year due to the previous employer of my husband.
When the opportunity arose to work in Sweden, the decision was made rather quickly. We have always loved Sweden’s outdoors, kindness and work-life balance and it feels like a privilege to actual live the Swedish life now these days.
I live at Ingarö close to the wildlife, the forest and the archipelago beaches. All that while still having Stockholm nearby. A dreamy, yet real, combination for me, my family and my business of which we feel really grateful.
Can you tell us more about Sea Your Value Consultancy?
I work as an International Business Consultant and Personal Coach (ICF) with a strong focus on the values Authenticity, Visibility and Sustainability.
Along my, 14+ years, journey in financial management and entrepreneurship I discovered these three values. Those brought me much. Even so much that I designed a business framework around those values to help and inspire others. All related values, (business)life areas and even operational work processes are implemented within this framework based on these values.
Sea Your Value Consultancy has a unique approach working by this framework. It will prioritise your values first. It will make you unique by bringing you authenticity and therefore strength, recognition and growth.
My clients include business owners, executives, management, employees and private persons. I would like for them to feel in control again. Authentic, balanced and strong. Recognized by their clients of value and connected with their involved employees.
What could Sea your value mean for our other members?
I am enthusiastic to show my clients what getting back to their authentic values means for them, their business and their clients. What working with their true vision looks like in a solid strategy. But most important, what it means for their freedom in (business)life.
With 14 years of experience within consultancy firms, I live, love and truly understand this culture. That’s why I have main focus on this segment, but other segments are of course just as welcome.

- On Demand Tailor-made Business Advice
- SYVC Program (entrepreneur oriented)
- 1 - 1 Sessions (with a minimum of 5 sessions per person)
- Subscription of 1 year for 1 - 1 coaching (no limits in number of persons or sessions & priority in availability)
