Annual General MeetingOn June 2nd we held our Annual General Meeting. Below you can find a short recap by our leaving colleague Hans van Driel. Thank you Hans and also Charlotte de Jong and Saskia Otten who are leaving the board. Your engagement in the last year(s) has led to many good developments in our chamber. Wondering who have joined our team? The Executive Board for the year 2016-17 will consist of Els Berkers, Marjorie Claushuis, Ralph Kraayeveld, Maarten Merckx, Emilia Molin, Jacques Pellis and Rex Schothorst. We are pleased to welcome Marjorie and Emilia who are new and officially part of our board as of now! |  |
After chairman Maarten Merckx confirmed that the quorum of at least 20% of the voting members were represented, he evaluated the past year with regard to events, members, communication, organization and ambitions. Details can be found in the Annual Report 2015-16. After presentation of the financial results and the audit report, the quorum discharged the Executive Board for the year 2015-16. Maarten Merckx wrapped up the AGM with a future outlook, which included networking facilities, an efficient back office, an improved value proposition and the financial budget for 2016-17.
